Rock Wool Insulation Board Complete Set of Machinery

A complete rock wool production line consists of several machines that process the material from melting to packaging. At the beginning of the line, the machine melts the raw material and converts it into fibers, which are then polymerized and processed to give the product its final shape (hard board, stitched mattress or felt). The packaging system is located at the end of the line and consists of packaging the product and preparing the machine for storage or shipment. The working process of rockwool production line

Basalt is the main raw material, dolomite and slag are auxiliary materials, and coke is used as fuel. The qualified raw materials are automatically weighed in proportion, and then put into the cupola by the conveyor, and the crushed aggregate is sent out by the belt conveyor.

The raw materials are melted in a cupola. The exhaust gas from the cupola is discharged into the exhaust gas treatment system. The waste gas is discharged after dust removal, incineration, heat exchange and desulfurization. The combustion-supporting air of the cupola is preheated by the preheating system and blown into the cupola after adding oxygen. The raw material is melted into a melt, which flows out from the bottom of the cupola, passes through the sluice, and flows into the spinning machine for fiber forming.
